Using my Personal Filofax Finsbury as my wallet and finance planner has been an amazing setup! I love how I always have the information that I need with me!
A few months ago I showed a preview of my pretty little Personal sized Filofax Finsbury in Raspberry. I am still just as in love with this planner as I was the day it arrived in the mail!
I would be lost without my Holiday Planner each year. It helps so much to make sure I don’t forget any of the details of this time of year!
Guys, seriously!! I can’t believe October is already here!!
And by far, the next 3 months are my favorite of the year. I get crazy giddy about Fall, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! I’m thankful for the 9 months in between to recover, but I really just love this time of year so much!
Never say never, I guess. Because I always told myself that a bullet journal just wasn’t for me. But here I am now, and I think I like it.
I always told myself that a bullet journal just wasn’t for me. (I also said I’d never buy MAMBI Happy Planner stickers, but, well, umm…) That takes way too much effort, why would I want to design a new page each week?!
But life happens. Needs change. And maybe this isn’t such a bad idea after all.
I’ve wanted a Filofax for years. And I always thought that the A5 Malden would be the first one I would end up getting. But I love my Personal Finsbury!
Okay, I cannot even tell you how excited I am right now!! A few days ago I ordered my first Filofax from Amazon Warehouse Deals, and it just came in the mail, like 10 minutes ago. And now I want to show you my new baby and explain a little about what I plan to do with it.
I did, and still do love my Recollections Planner. But all the love in the world can’t help a planner system that isn’t working.
Let me start by saying that I love my Recollections A5 Planner. When I got done setting it up, it was exactly what I hoped it would be. I loved the colors, and the dividers turned out perfect (my first try at making them with my Silhouette machine).
But it didn’t work. As much as I loved everything about it, it just wasn’t making my life easier.
A few months ago (okay, more like 6 months ago) I showed my planner setup in my Mini Happy Planner. In that planner I have two dashboards that I made by foiling with my laminator. It is so easy and fun that I wanted to show you all how you can do it too!
Every Planner Girl (or Guy) knows how important pens are to your planner. Don’t waste any more time on pens that you think will be awesome, just to have them be a complete disappointment!
Ah. I love pens. I can’t go into a store without looking in the pen aisle. And I’ve had my fair share of pens that are disappointing. Especially ones that seem like they would be good and just didn’t deliver. So I wanted to share with you my favorite pens. These are my go-to pens when I pull out my planner. The ones that I know will deliver every time.
After hearing about the new Mini Happy Planner, I waited a long time to get one. Like 3 whole weeks. It was excruciating. 😛
And I’ve spent another two weeks getting it set up for 2017. But it is finally ready. Or at least I thought it was. Then today, just as I was finishing up making my accessories, I get a notification that MAMBI was live on Periscope. And they never disappoint me! Not only are they releasing a lot of accessories for the mini (including the daily pages I have been hoping for), but they are also having an awesome Black Friday sale!
Because I was wondering what I was going to spend my Black Friday funds on. 🙂
I LOVE the holidays!! Like a lot. And I’m already getting excited to start planning them. In fact, I had already started pinning fall decor ideas and Thanksgiving planning stuff, and then I did the math… It was still 3 months away! To be honest, that made me a little sad.
I love when seasons change: cold turns to Spring, Spring turns to Summer (since I’m totally a beach girl from when I lived in California!). But by far, my favorite changes are always fall and winter- plus the holidays they bring.
I love the holidays and spending time with my family. They are really happy memories for me.
And I love planning the holiday gatherings. I usually go a bit overboard when I’m left in charge…..
We all know we should make a menu plan. But that can be difficult when you don’t even want to cook. Here are some of my best ideas of easy meals that require little or no effort.
