This year, more than ever, it’s important to focus on the things that we are grateful for. That’s why I created this Gratitude Challenge for November that you can follow along with on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
Did you know that everything we are happy about is actually gratitude.
Think about that for a minute.
Can you think of anytime when you were happy and it wasn’t a response of gratitude? I bet you can’t. I can’t.
You are grateful for people. Grateful for experiences. Grateful for opportunities. Grateful for things. Grateful for knowledge.
November Gratitude Challenge
This year especially there have been a lot of hard things. And I have found that being grateful is the cure for much of my unhappiness.
And since it’s November, its officially the perfect time to refocus on the things that cause us to be happy; the things we are grateful for.
Everyday there is a prompt. I will be posting on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I’d love to have you do it too! (Instagram is the easiest way for me to see it, fyi. I sometimes miss things on Facebook and Twitter.)
