2024 Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner

It seems like the year just started. But here we are, already in May. And I feel like this is the point where everything just starts to speed up even more. May means the end of the school year, then summer flies by, then we are in fall and going back to school.

And here I am… May in southern California, drinking hot chocolate as I write this because it’s been cloudy and -15 degrees all day. Okay, I’m exaggerating. But it’s been cold.

But that’s irrelevant. What we are really here to talk about is the new Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner (or TLP for short).

Something I love about the Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planners is that they can be used even if you aren’t a teacher. With the sectioned days, they can be perfect for many different jobs, or even organizing your day into time blocks or by category or person. If you have a lot that you are trying to keep track of, don’t dismiss this planner just because it says it’s for teachers.

I’m not a teacher, but I do work in schools (mostly elementary), and I have used the Erin Condren teacher planner for keep track of my daily activities and plans. I just LOVE the pages that are in this planner that aren’t in any other.

And this year they added a new layout that is just leaving me looking for ways to use it because I love it so much! Please tell me someone else does that too.

So let’s talk about the details.

First of all, these new teacher planners launch on May 7th for EC Insiders (it’s free to join). And for that one day only, anyone can get 15% off the new Teacher Lesson Planner and accessories.

Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner Options

There are more choices than ever this year for the TLP.

Of course the tried and true 8.5×11 inch classic is still available. But this year they are also introducing a new vertical layout. I’m so excited about this one! There is space for 6 subjects for Monday – Friday, then two lined vertical columns for Saturday and Sunday.

They also brought back the Focused Teacher Lesson Planner, which is 7×9 inches. So if you are looking for something a little more compact, or something more neutral, this might be the option for you.

And speaking of compact, There are also 4 options for softbound teacher lesson planners in three different designs: Evolve, Bold Blooms, and Focused. These softbound planners are all 8×10 inches, and perfect if you need a lightweight planner. I love these options because I travel between different schools, and have to carry my entire office on my back.

Another option that is available this year is the Homeschool Planner. This planner has been specially designed for homeschoolers, but still in the same classic weekly layout as the TLP. The Homeschool Planner is also undated, so it can be started anytime depending on your family’s school schedule. And like the original Teacher Planner, the Homeschool Planner is also 8.5×11 inches, so you’ll have plenty of planning space.

Teacher Lesson Planner Add-ons

If you choose to get the 8.5×11 Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner, you have the option for some add-ons.

You can add extra pages to your planner for checklists or extracurriculars, which are a new option this year. There’s also the option to add on extra sheet protectors in the back of your planner. These come in so handy for storing things like the school bell schedule, district calendar, or other pages you might need to reference through the year.

These add-ons are only available in the 8.5×11 Teacher Lesson Planner.

New Teacher Planning Accessories

I also wanted to share some of the new planner accessories that I’m most excited about. There is a lot more than this, but these are the ones that I love the most!

Teacher Planning Sticker Book

Stickers will always hit high on my list of favorite planner accessories. The Erin Condren sticker books are always amazing quality and have a great variety of sizes and style of functional and decorative stickers.

The new Cool for School Edition 8 Sticker Book is beautiful, with a variety of colors and the beautiful Evolve pattern featured. There are 12 sheets of stickers in this book, with 512 stickers. My favorite are the cute doodled stickers.

Mini Square Highlighters

I realized the other day that I own more highlighters than I do pens. Apparently they are a staple for me. I love using lots of colors because color coding my planner, and marking important things when I’m reading or taking notes is so helpful for my brain to be able to see what needs to stand out.

And these cute new square highlighters are just perfect for taking on the go with you. They are smaller than normal highlighters and have the most fun colors!

Especially if you are someone who tends to just use the same standard pen for everything, adding a pop of color with highlighters can really elevate your planning game.

New Larger Clear Planner Folios (8.5×11)

If you saw the new accessories from the LifePlanner launch, then these Clear Planner Folios are going to look really familiar, with an added twist: they are now available in 8.5×11 inches to fit your Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner. And if you are going with the 7×9 Focused Teacher Planner, you also have the option to get the folios in that size too.

My favorite part of these clear folios is that you can see your planner cover through the front. As someone who really loves my interchangable covers, this is perfection for me.

They also don’t feel extra bulky, but the give you an extra pocket in the back, and a pen loop. Which is perfect if you take your Teacher Planner back and forth between home and school. Plus you’ll have the added protection for your planner.

Carry All Compartment Tote

And my final favorite of the new accessories are these new Carry All Compartment Totes!

They are large enough to fit everything that you need to carry from school to home and back again. There are side pockets that can hold your water bottle, and exterior zippered pockets with pen loops inside to keep all those pens from floating aimlessly around your bag (and you can grab them easily when you suddenly need to write something down).

The new bags can be carried either on your shoulder with an interchangable strap, or carried in your hand with the shorter attached straps.

They come in two colors, a beautiful blue and elegant camel.

Wrapping it up

The Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner is the most versatile teacher planner you will find. And it isn’t just for teachers—it’s a great planner for so many different needs. With its classic layout and adaptable design, it’s like the Swiss Army knife of planners: you’ll always have what you need right all in the same place.
